“I have just tried this scampi for the first time and, although very expensive, it is money well spent. However, personally, I prefer to thaw it first and then oven cook for approx. 5 mins. each side. I tried cooking from frozen as per the instructions but found this inadequate. (I am not really a fan of cooking anything from frozen!)”

“The Battered Scampi arrived almost thawed, even though it was supposed to be frozen. I have put it in the freezer, as The Fish Society recommended, but haven't had the nerve to try them yet in case I'm ill. I have contacted The Fish society about this but, as yet, have not received a reply.”

“Fish Society Battered Scampi is, without a doubt, the finest you will ever buy. Unlike propriety scampi, which seem to be tiny bits of scampi in a big coating with little taste, each piece of Fish Society scampi is big with a small coating; sweet, succulent, and simply the best. Once tried you will never go back to supermarket fare. 10/10”
