“Saw a Rick Stein recipe for Langoustine Quiche on Saturday Kitchen using clotted cream. It sounded wonderful. Ordered the peeled scampi as an alternative. What a result. All my guests raved about the taste and texture of the scampi. It rates amongst the best I have ever eaten. Will definitely be purchasing again from Fish Society. Such a professional and speedy service. Would recommend without hesitation.”
