“Massive wonderful langoustine tails which I lightly fried in garlic and butter, served with raw salted beef tomato slices and raw spinach leaves. a stunning starter. This is the second time I have ordered these successfully.”

“Amazing quality, these were fabulous. I mean, not cheap, but if you are looking for the best ingredients for a stand out meal, I have no problem with paying for it. Ive had them pan fried with a little lemon zest and garlic - wonderful. Also added them in the last few seconds to a curry - delicious. These just melt in the mouth - they are super super delicate so treat them with the respect they deserve and have clearly had from the sea to my door. These arrived very well packed with blocks of ice and dry ice too. The peeled langoustines were perfectly prepared, cleaned. I defrosted them slowly, in the fridge before cooking. I’d recommend this product and the supplier. The taste took me back to happy memories of fine dining in Paris!”
