“Arrived very frozen in an exceptionally well wrapped package on the day and time stated. We have ordered this many times - the extra large peeled langoustine when available are an excellent choice. So simple to cook and impossible to tell from freshly peeled. The main difference is you do not suffer blood loss when peeling!”

As said in our previous email correspondence we are sorry that you were disappointed but we believe you received what you ordered ie. 1 x 190g pack of peeled scampi.

“sweet taste, and fresh. But.. intestinal track left in and some shell remaining, so you should expect some additional prep on receipt. Give this is needed, I might have preferred to do ALL the prep myself as I'd then have had shells/heads for sauce/stock.”
