“Great to see that this scampi had been fished in UK waters, looked a bit unappetising initially after defrosting as they were not very firm but nevertheless they cooked up a treat.in a stir fry and were very tasty.”

“The best no-fuss prawns we have ever eaten, and we have been eating them ever since the earliest days of the Fish Society. We use them in stir fry in the winter and barbecued on skewers in the summer. They are consistently absolutely delicious.”
