“Everything looks wonderful when it arrives from the Fish Society and I hate to express reservations. But my first of three bags of prawns did disappoint me. Beautiful in their glazing, but after gentle thawing they were a little bit soft and felt perhaps not as cooked as they should be. I didn't enjoy them as part of a salad. I'm not sure what was wrong but the texture was certainly not as I expected. I have resolved to use the other two bags (if the same) only to add to pasta or rice dishes, where I'm sure they will be fine.”
