“Decent sized lobster and very tasty. Still tasted fresh almost a week after delivery so it was clearly frozen immediately after being caught. Used it to make my first lobster thermidor and it got the thumbs up all round”

“I bought four frozen lobsters for a special occasion and the quality of the meat and the size were both excellent. I recommend you take longer than advised to thaw the lobsters, I left them in the fridge overnight and they were not thawed, it took most of the next day out of the fridge.”
