“Our Christmas meal, ordered days in advance, was not posted to us. Three phone calls and two emails two days before Christmas failed to get any response. I received no recompense of any kind after Christmas, only the option of a refund or the order belatedly posted. Yet I continued to receive daily emails saying how reliable the website was. Deeply unimpressed.”
