“It tasted very good but never having had a lobster at home before or having implements for cracking shells, we struggled in preparation and perhaps, mistakenly assumed, that a cooked lobster would be ready to eat and we wouldn’t have to remove intestines, roe and other stuff. We probably ended up with less to eat than we had expected and would probably prefer to buy a prepared lobster mayonnaise in the future. More our fault than yours.”
