“Was really looking forward to this, ordered for a special occasion lunch with a fellow lobster lover but didn't have the cooking facility here to prepare it live. Hoped this would be a good substitute. Sadly disappointed with the quality of the lobster meat. I thawed according to instruction, although overnight in the fridge was insufficient and they needed a few hours the following day. One I 'cooked' by giving it a short dip in boiled water - again according to instruction - taking care not to overcook. The meat was very salty in taste and the texture was a bit dry and stringy. Not tough but not sweet either. The second I prepared thermidor style which was more effective, the richness of the sauce masking the saltiness of the lobster meat. Overall very disappointing. Also, I found the packaging, while successful in delivering the product still frozen, was excessive and even if the lobster had been delicious I would not order again for this reason.”
