“Absolutely delicious, I bought lobster bisque instead of Thermidor sauce so I had to find a recipe and make my own. I froze the soup so I’ve got that to look forward to.”

“I was very impressed with your website, the price for one lobster was reasonable. The packaging when it arrived was impressive. Unfortunately when the lobster was defrosted there was a large indent in the head and the middle segment of the tail was smashed. The lobster was grossly over cooked and unusable except the claws. I had a lobster from the freezer to make a lobster thermidor main course with a venison carpaccio starter but because of the poor condition of your lobster I had to reverse the courses. Not good but you did ask!”
