“I had only eaten caviar once in my life before when I had just started work and was able to try a canape that had been left over from a conference meeting. I found it very salty and was not at all keen. A fishmonger friend of mine told me she would only ever eat Beluga caviar and because I trust her judgement, I ordered it for the first time from the Fish Society when we had family visiting. We all loved it and will definitely order it again. It was a completely different taste from my earlier experience and was far superior and nowhere as salty. The price of Beluga dictates that it won't become a frequent habit for us but certainly we will order it for special occasions or when special friends come to stay.”
