“Being Swedish, we eat Butterfly fillets a lot in different ways. The most traditional recepie is to mix a bit of cream cheese, fresh dill and Kalles Kaviar, which can be bought in Scandi Kitchen, totally Swedish or online. This mix you put between 2 fillets, dust them in plain flower and fried in butter. So your butterfly fillets were perfect for this”
