“The sardines were fresh and tasted excellent. There were a couple of minor drawbacks, the presence of some scales and inconsistencies in the packaging and description regarding their origin.”

“Lovely fresh sardine fillets without the strong fishy smell you sometimes get - big scales, you do need to scrape carefully. So easy to cook and a great taste”

“Fillets still had sharp bones in them. very unpleasant they could scratch a persons throat. Care was not taken in filleting.”

“Delicious, baked some of them in oven with lemon and olive oil and ate them with home made pepperonata on toast, scrummy. Excellent.”
