“The idea for this product is a very good one, which is why the price is among the highest for sardines in the market. However, it defeats the whole purpose when the sardines haven’t been cleaned and prepared to be ‘ready to eat.’ Why go through the process of making these gourmet fillets if you're going to leave the scales? I bought this as a solution for quickly cooking healthy food, but now I spend 10 minutes removing the scales from the fillets before I can even start preparing them”

“I have found sardines too oily for me in the past. But the butterfly fillets were excellent. Taking some to my friends for supper!”
