Very good! creamy and oily at the same time. Prefer this to cod liver.

So delicious! I vowed to never have foie gras again for the force-feeding practice. Monkfish liver is a perfect alternative. They don't have a very strong fishy flavour and is great will toast.

I was curious about this because it sounded very different to anything else I was used to, and the video was really engaging. It doesn't have a strong taste - its really subtle. I had it with some oat biscuits. I bought two tins so I am thinking what to try for the next tin. Maybe something a bit more punchy to go with it? My GP told me my cholesterol was a bit high a couple of weeks ago so I am also stuffing myself with oily fish. Only other comment - the packaging sleeve is a bit crappy. The design is great but the paper quality is a bit thin (??) and you can't slide it off!! I'm an artist and have a thing about beautiful tins, which I save and am thinking of displaying in some way, or incorporating into a sculpture. I am not mad honest!! Just ex Central St Martins as in the Pulp song.
