“What a wonderful treat to have herring melts once more after our local supermarkets (fish counter obviously) stopped providing them nearly 2 years ago. But there all similarities end. These really DID melt in the mouth and the flavour was awesome. (Maybe it's to do with the colder waters around Canada where they're sourced ?). As always from The Fish Society this is a great product, beautifully protected/packaged, and I'll definitely be re-ordering.”
