“I absolutely adore whitebait I can't eat crumbed so it's great to find fish without. Very delicious and great source of calcium for me. I just coat it in a little oatflour with whatever seasonings and deep fat fry for few minutes. Just delicious and very good quality well done Fish Society. Nice homemade tarter sauce does not go amiss.”
