Each pack contains 2 skin-on ling fillet steaks A great fish to pan fry or use in a fish stew 360g pack will serve 2 people as a main course The ling is a cousin of the cod and haddock but it has extra bones and you need to be prepared to encounter a few of these. It's best to remove them after cooking but before serving. Otherwise treat it like its cousins - cook it similarly. Ling fillets are part of our everyday fish range - excellent value for money and very versatile. It can be served very traditionally, with some fresh steamed greens and potatoes. Ling has a wonderful sweet flavour and firm texture. We often source our ling from UK waters, this cut 'the fillet steak' is a meaty piece cut from the fillet near the head of the fish.
