“Amazingly good, ordered many times & as always very tasty & great to keep in the freezer for that night you want to make a fish dinner that’s simple & easy to cook. Cannot recommend enough. I even ordered a large catering pack in the summer, so that I always has some in.”

“I only love the plaice fillets with the black top skin as this part of the fish has more flavour. I was so very happy to be able to purchase just the black skin fillets - my fish meals have been a real treat. Thank you so much Fish Society. A secret to tell - many years ago when for my second pregnancy I had this craze on Plaice ... I even persuaded my fishmonger to let me have on many "need to have" plaice skins for free as well as the fish fillets but also adding the black skins from other filleted fish much to my delight!!!!!!!”
