“The fish shipment was supposed to arrive on the 30th Dec but we were informed it was delayed until the 31st Dec, on that day you emailed me in the morning to say it would be delivered shortly. Just after reading the email I was called by FedEx to say they had the parcel but could not deliver it and that I would have to drive to Swindon to collect it from their depot. Given we were relying on this in our restaurant on NYE I had no choice but to drive to Swindon and collect it. Very disappointed!!”
