“The order took approx 12 days to arrive. In today’s terms, that is not acceptable. I know it was just after New Year, but even so. The packaging was a Jiffy bag, had split open at the top. How the items were still in the bag I’ll never know.”

Hello and thank you for your recent order. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied. I would like to explain so that perhaps it will reassure you for ordering with us again. The three items you ordered were all special order items. This means that they were ordered in especially for you from the manufacturer . We do carry very large stocks indeed but some items we offer this bespoke special order service. The site does show against each product whether it is in stock or special order and this is again confirmed at check out. It also shows our estimated timeline to get these goods to you. With you having ordered just after the Christmas/New Year break, our suppliers were not yet open at the time you placed your order unfortunately. However we did our best to get this to you as soon as the manufacturer opened again. I believe it was only 1 day outside of our estimated timeline for delivery of the special order items. With regards to the packaging, I can assure you your order left here in perfect condition. I am sorry that it split in transit. I am however glad to hear all the items were safely delivered. We do want to ensure that our customers get the best service possible and I can assure you we will do all we can to help you with any queries you may have.
