“The customer service person wasn't very pleasant, felt very rushed. He gave all the facts in such a fast pace but lacked in giving myself time to think about the quote. I only went with it because it wasn't a bad deal. I suppose it's true about this saying, "you get what you pay for".”
“Very poor, I never recieved a certificate for starters after phoning and phoning they still didn't send one, takes ages on the phone just to get through to them all seems a bit dodgy to me. Then I wanted to cancel my insurance it cost me more than half of what the insurance was for the year!!!!! But I payed it to go with a proper insurance place, very rude advisors on the phone. Took me about 2weeks to cancel because apparently I needed my certificate of insurance and the numbers on it to cancel but I never recieved them, so they then were asking me to sent a letter through to cancel it, but finally after 2 weeks I spoke to a manager and let me do it over the phone. My advice to any other biker is FIND A DIFFERENT INSURER. Very disappointed.”
