“I definitely will not use Devitt again due to their terrible customer service. They tried to tell me I didn't have a bike licence - clearly I do, and had even completed Bike Safe with the police (who checked my licence) a few days before. After phoning their premium rate number I was told that I was lying, and they weren't prepared to do anything other than cancel my policy. After asking to speak to a supervisor, I eventually managed to get them to agree to me re-sending my photocard, as they said this wasn't showing the correct entitlements. Then they emailed back a week later to say they actually wanted my counterpart again! They offered a cheap price, but after all the hassle it wasn't worth it.”
