“I signed up for insurance with Devitt based on a competitive offer they made. After requesting a lot of documents (which I sent, even going through hoops to get them from Belgium and Greece where I was insured with absolutely no problems before), they decided to cancel my insurance because they said I did not send them what they requested, saying they would charge me for the cancellation (even though any delays in responding and the cancellation was coming from their side). After calling their support, I told them to send me another offer and they automatically signed me up (even though I explicitly told them not to) for a more expensive insurance package than the one they initially offered to me, based on ridiculous claims (such as the fact that there were around 20 days gap between my current and previous insurance plan - the days I was on transit insurance to bring my bike here). I decided to stick with them temporarily till I find a better insurance company but I would advise anyone against signing up with them.”

“Bank holiday weekend cant get through to my insurers .tried there on line service but because I've got multi bike policy it says sod off and ring helpline. Got DEVITT and it turns out cheaper and very easy to deal with. Come rennual time i will insure the lot with them”
