“Terrible customer service, Kept sending me cancellation notices as they 'haven't' recieved my NCB proof. sent me the cancellation notice 3 days before deadline too! Employer on the phone was well rude too. At the end i gave up and just let them cancel it, BUT a month later they sent me letter asking for monthly payment so contacted them to find out it wasn't cancelled after all. Just awful, Don't insure with them if you want to be kept out of misery. At the end the manager accepted that it's their F up and not mine and cancelled it properly..”
