“The quotation and and issuing of policy went very smoothly. Unfortunately I had to report an incident in my first week of cover. I did not want to claim but wanted to stick to the procedure. After reporting and speaking with Devitt and DVLA as requested, I got a letter that my policy will be cancelled by the insurer (not Devitt) within 7 days. I got no explanation or reason behind it. My initial contact with the call centre of Devitt had not helped, but I have spoken with a team leader who turned out to be great and sorted everything out to my complete satisfaction. As a result I am a happy biker covered by Devitt policy and can recommend this broker. Please remember - don't give up, if you are not happy after speaking with an agent ask to be transferred to a team leader and get them to help you.”

“Devitt provided the policy almost £100 less than my then current provider. I will be able to make a better assessment when I come to re-insure, as that is usually the time insurers hit you with higher premiums. That is the problem with insurance companies today, they tempt you for first year, then hope you automatically renew the following year without checking out their rivals. A good reason to keep using comparison sites.”
