“this company was very easy to deal with. Unfortunately the company that I selected to deal with have been nothing but hassle. From accusing the client of not giving them the correct information which they found I had told them on tape to constantly threatening to cancel the policy. I would never use Devitt insurance services again and definately would not recommend them to my friends or colleagues.”
“A bit early to say but so far all good. My decision to go with Devitts was less about their good service and more about the bad service of Bennetts, my previous insurer.
Devitts quote was only about £10 cheaper and I wasn't planning to change from Bennetts just for that amount. But when I called Bennetts and asked if they would match the price to stay with them the man more or less said "your premium is so low anyway we make no profit on it, and your business is worth nothing to us, and no we don't price match!"
Unbelievable arrogance and attitude from Bennetts so told them I would leave right then. Also I could have had fully comp cover from Devitts for the same price as Bennetts quoted me 3rd party F & T.”
