“Bought insurance, sent off details that were asked for and all were accepted and cleared. 6 weeks later get a letter asking for further additional details immediately or they will cancel my insurance. Not good. Ask for everything you want at the start”
“I haven't needed to use the insurance company for any matters up to now, apart from obtaining my motorcycle insurance ( which was quite straightforward) which is the way it should be, but hopefully if ever needed I would hope they will offer a good customer based service.”
