“They asked me about proof of no claims, I sent them proof of no claims. No response, then they cancelled the policy without notice. Which can't be undone. They offered me however "full" refund which wasn't full at all, it was like 3/4, I wasted £200 because of THEIR fault (they misplaced "policy start" with "policy termination").
Also, any detail amend is £50.
