Having a Chinese Machine not many companies will insure including Carol Nash (who underwrite/ trade as JMI) directly which is a bit odd but JMI have been good and patient with NCD evidence and dealing with monthly installments although the company used for this could be a little clearer. all in all very pleased. I just hope I don't need to find out what they are like in the event of actually needing them.”
“Worst experience ever as the company I ended up with, Just Motorcycle is totally screwing over customers. I got 30 days to register my imported bike, unfortunately, the authorities take longer. As a result Just Motorcycle cancelled my policy and refunded only half of the amount I had paid for 12 months, 1 months after I entered the insurance. I am still arguing with them and am considering suing them.
NEVER AGAIN.”
