“Worst experience with any service in my life. I got totally screwed over by Just. While getting the policy and paying was easy, it took longer than 30 days to register my biek due to slow authorities. This led Just to cancel my policy, but not refund me the money. After discussions they refunded 40% of the amount paid for a year (400 out of 900 GBP) which is different from what their contract states. I asked 5 times already, never got a real response. SUch a ripp off, they still owe me 400GBP according to the contract - criminal insititution. Stay far away!!!

“apart from the slight problem with Just motorcycle turning down Visa electron debit cards on my last payment of the insurance policy, which the customer service help line delt with in a very professional manner. I've nothing bad to put across to the service and shall re-insure my motorbike this year when the policy is due.

“Entered into a policy with these people, I got my bike stolen fairly shortly after the policy was taken out, I had to go to ridiculous lengths to find details on the policy as I did not receive an email with policy details (I delete no emails and junk is checked) when I finally get to talk to someone they tell me that I signed up for a voluntary excess of £550, I never signed up for this as the bike was only worth just over a grand, I insisted that they prove to me my acceptance of this and they say someone will get back to me and they never did.
Then the crooks value the bike at£800 so I am still to receive my cheque for £250 on a bike worth 1100 - 1200 , total criminality, I will never use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy.”
