“1. when i asked to add a bike to my existing equity red star policy i was told that this could not be done - as i did a multibike with Equity red star many times before i knew this was not true. - the reason for their inability to do multibike? - their IT system was unable to manage this task
2. the agent suggested to cancel the existing policy and start a new multibike policy - the cost however was 3 times as much... and twice the cost of an additional policy for the additional bike...
really do not need companies and people who are unable to offer standard services to their customers. will certainly NOT use them again and would NOT RECOMMEND.”
