“Never was the old adage 'you get what you pay for' more appropriate. Their website wasnt working properly so I applied over the phone. Not long after my docs arrived they send me a letter saying that they had checked the claims register and noted that I didnt disclose a previous claim - they dont even check there own docs - because my docs clearly stated the previous claim and its details. Also they never answer the phone.”
“the insurance company just motorcycle insurance are the worst company I have dealt with , they cancelled my insurance because they said I had an accident in 2012 and I never told them about it . I called them and explained that I have not had an accident but they did not believe me and cancelled it . I phone my old insurance company BUGET VAN INSURANCE and they told me that in 2012 I claimed for a new windscreen and this is the reason JUST MOTORCYCLE cancelled my insurance keeping half my money , I did not think a claim for a new windscreen affected your no claims policy , I would never recommend this company and I feel that I have been let down and conned out of my money , would love to have a response from you , DENE IANSON.”
“The comparison site was great... Found good cheap insurance, however have not received hard copy through the post so I am not 100% sure that I am actually insured... The insurance companys that you compare should be checked out to ensure they are ligitimate..”
“I think I am paying to much for my 50cc scooter insurance, having driven Norton dominator in the past, and never having a claim in 50 years of motor bikes and cars I thought 70 pounds expensive and when I added my 44 year old son who used to do motor bike scrambling I was charged a further 60 pounds, I will not be renewing with you,.”
“Phoned up and agreed a price for my scooter insurance, sent proof of my no claims by email, then received email saying they had received it. A week later received 2 recorded delivery letters asking for more money two separate amounts. I then contacted them and was told by the agent the person who was dealing with it had gone home and she would call me the following day, left it for a week still no contact then I received a letter saying they had not received my no claims and were going to cancel my insurance within seven days. I then phoned again and was told this was a standard letter, finally I paid a reduced figure to end this saga, it did not match either of my other figures quoted. This has been going on for nearly a month, not very organised.”
