Within seconds of accepting their on-line quote and paying the premium, a policy appeared on the screen which differed to the quote. It was extremely difficult to cancel or even discuss the policy without using their premium rate telephone number. It took a good deal of effort and numerous emails and quite a few weeks to eventually obtain a refund. As the company is part of the Carole Nash insurance group my family has decided to exclude them from any renewals or quote invitations. In all, an inconvenient and frustrating waste of time.”
