“the policy is ok but the service is really minimal. I was offered a 60% policy price increase at my policy renewal date and when I challenged this increase compared to me setting up a new policy they suggested I left them and start a new contract. They also abruptly hang up on me. Really? anyway, i ended up doing exactly that and they then sent me emails to threaten to cancel my policy if I did not send them documents they did already have as I was with them before. I tried to call them with no effect. so i had to send everything again. i would not recommend for anything but their price. hopefully, I do not have any accident.”
