“I bought my previous insurance from JMI and this time I just needed a renewal. I received a renewal offer from JMI by email £100 higher than best price I could find online (same with JMI). Therefore I called JMI (bad decision) and after a long conversation the guy on the phone made me an offer around £50 higher than the best price I could find online. In the end I just bought the one online which was a pretty much straight forward operation. After that for a while I kept receiving emails and phone calls from JMI offering a renewal which I perceived as stupid and harassing.”
