“Having had one of those looney conversations with a well known 'bike insurer', where they claimed me having a billet alloy brake fluid reservoir was such a dangerous modification that I was bound to die instantly, it was a huge relief to talk to JMI who sorted me out with a proper policy, licketty-split, no fuss, good price, jobs-a-good-un.

“Unfortunately for me I went with this insurance company, I have never been treated so horrendously in my life. For the first time for me I had to make a claim. Someone hit my bike whilst it was parked so it was a non fault claim. Ian fully comp so I thought this should be quite straight forward, how wrong I was!!!. This company never once rang me, nor the other insurance company nor the underwriters(Aviva) I myself had to do all the chasing round and when I spoke to just motorcycle they never once new what was happening (12 calls) I had to deal with the engineer the repairer and Aviva. First they wrote it off, then they said they are repairing it, took away to repair then decided to write it off again. I had to chase all the people for these decisions. It took about 2 months for it to be resolved and bear in mind i'm fully comp and never claimed before and it was not my fault. Also bear in mind this is the short version, 2 month's and that was because I had to do their job, if it was left to them it would still be going on now. So as you can gather i'm not at all happy with their service and I would advise anybody to stay well clear of Just Motorcycle Insurance.”
