“Just Motorcycle Insurance will lie to you to get your business. When I enquired about the terms of my policy I was misinformed about the right to cancel. They assured me that there was no fees, I was then told when I was to cancel it would be £80! This is more than 6 months of the policy. How they justify there actions is beyond me, all I know Carol Nash / Just Motorcycle Insurance will never get my business again.”

Also their checks are inaccurate, this was confirmed by previous insurers in writing and still they refused to change their info. Customer service staff lax and complacent with could not careless attitude - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”

Then sent my docs via email just to send them back. Only had the policy a couple of weeks. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SHARKS. Giving them another week and then going to trading standards.”
