“A little concerned at the start. They hadn't received my proof of no claims. But instead of requesting a further copy, sent a letter saying the insurance would be cancelled on a set day. Please make sure you send your NCD proof by recorded delivery to ensure it gets there and then follow up that they have received it.”
“I found aquote very reasonable for what I needed. There was no fus and the process quite easy to follow. Not a huge list of questions to answer. The customer support was helpful and quick in finding the solution. The online process was not time consuming and frustrating.
In short, it was a pleasant experience. I will renew my policy again for sure.”
“I had a very easy purchase of my insurance, but the information i received asking me to send my no claims bonus was terrible, i believe they told me once and i forgot as i work away from home quite a lot, and there were no more warnings.
Needless to say that i was charged the full amount of my poilcy for their charges towards ceasing my policy and i also had to pay more. This ended up with me paying more than the initial insurance cost and having NO insurance for my motorcycle afterwards, i will certainly never use this company again.
