“It always takes a lot of time to get through to any call centre these days, this service took beetween 15 mins to a very poor 39mins to even talk to a person.Very nice staff working for this company, all your requests are beeing dealt with in a quick and efficient way. I had a big long drawn out process in proving my 9 years no claims bonus,you'd think in this day and age and connectivity that they can get this information themselves, but no I had to try and get these documents and send them, they could not be opened and stress stress stress.I got it in the end .All the information between insurance services is available ,so why don't they make it easier ?”
