Unfortunately had to use on the first day of the Policy - service was dreadful. They advised that I didn't even have a Policy with them. Once they confirmed I was with them I needed picking up from the area I had the problem and taken home - they advised it would be an hour and it actually took 4 hours. Not a very good impression!

The only way to know if you are insured at all, is to make a claim, and have it settled in full, without the intervention of a loss adjuster. I have not made a claim on a Carole Nash policy, so I have no real way of knowing weather I am really insured or not.

A bit hard to deal with when renewing, one would expect the policy not to increase so much given no claims had been made, and especially given the fact they are motorcycle specialists.. Did not seem to make much effort to help with renewal prices. Policy is too inflexable and always end up over insured. I will probably make sure I shop around in plenty of time when renewal next due.

Great service and can only praise Carol Nash, no hidden extras like other Brokers & will use them again. Straight forward, realistic & no BS, great company to deal with.

When i phoned up and quoted the exact make and model they took absolutely no notice and quoted me the basic model !! I Tried to explain the difference ! but the reply i got was sorry sir !! then received another email with another copy of the wrong documents ! in all i received 8 email copies 2 copies by post , and then eventually the right documents 3 copies of those ! if only they kept there data base up to date with the manufacturers .
