“Astonished to be charged an admin fee which was apparently non negotiable. Took out a new policy and declared that the bike was in temporary storage and would return to my address a few weeks after taking out the policy. Was told this is fine. A few weeks later I call to inform of the change and was charged a fee. I hate with a passion this sort of behaviour. It has the unpleasant stench of taking advantage. Was very tempted to just cancel the policy, not worried if that’s going to be more expensive. But I have a family bereavement and just don’t want any more hassles right now. No mention of this fee initially, and it would have been a deal breaker if I’d been told. For me it’s a matter of personal policy not to deal with organisations that operate this way. Unimpressed to the max. Good communication and service otherwise. Hence the scores. It will be interesting to see if this feedback is really listened to and auctioned.”
“3 weeks into my policy and I updated my bike only to be told it was too expensive to cover by existing insurers I was transferred to new policies and the quote was 4 x my initial premium this company is the preferred insurer for Harley so I was expecting them to insure my Harley I eventually declined their high price and went with bikesure who were 50% cheaper! To add insult to injury Carole Nash only refunded 20% of my premium after only 3 weeks insurance. Total rip off. I certainly won’t be recommending their services”
