“Never have I ever had to take photos for a valuation on my bike very upset about it and want confidence knowing if someone crashes in to me or steals my bike I will get the full amount to replace it!!!!”
“I have neve come across an insurance company more up their arses than this one!.. if in the modern age insurance companies share data & information like they tell you, they should know exactly what insurance cover, licence details, & NCB you have accumulated over the years, but no not this one, send through copies of your licence, previous NBC, & proof of factory fitted immobiliser systems, alarm fitted by which fitter & their qualifications etc etc, I have found them above awkward & WONT be renewing with them next year even if they are by far the cheapest quote!”
