“Bennetts bike insurance was found to be cheep and came with good customer service personnel.
However after completing the bike cover i was asked for proof of previous bike 9 years no claims cover, this was done by the email attachment to the email address passed onto me, but Bennetts kept requested this 9 years proof of no claims, I phone and was told to send by post to the given address, but again was requested this proof of no claims. another call and another email with attached of my 9 years no claim. That carry on can really drive people mad. !! you confirmed to me that you received this attachment. so your communications is poor.
