Honestly I bought a scooter a year earlier and paid for insurance through a different company. Towards the end of the year and as my insurance was about to end I got a call from Bennets telling my that I had to renew my policy.
I was very unhappy with the way the lady who called me as she pretty much made me think that she was calling from the same company who I already had insurance with and told me that I had to renew it. I was arguing with her for 10 minutes about the wrong information that she had and her not telling me how she got my info. She kept of saying that I had previoulsy insured a Vespa, whereas I'd bought a totally different scooter and it was insured correctly.
I just thought "oh what the hell, might as well renew it, despite the fact that she was extremely annoying and rude to talk to. I ended up renewing it, and then found out that my insurance wasn't even up yet for a month. Bennets are like vultures with their sales tactics, which makes me think that If I ever made a claim I would expect to receive the same level of treatment.
After this experience I probably wont go with Bennets again. Why would I?
