“Have emailed 2 times and rang twice, only to be ignored and nothing back I am still after 2 months a 2 weeks waiting on receiving my insurance documents send to me. Been pulled over by police as a regular stop but can't produce no insurance cover forms as I DONT HAVE none. You was quick enough to take the 200 pound Insurance deposit and payments for 2 months after out of my account but can't simply send some documents threw so I can see what I'm covered under and what I'm paying.. Poor service will be going else were after the contract is up”
