“Not Happy! My renewal quote was more than comparisons including Benetts quotes. My policy Auto renewed on the day I phoned to change home address and get a re-quote and as a result was charged £20 Admin fee that Bennetts would not refund. I think they were very harsh and when my current policy with them expires I will not renew or use Bennetts again even if they are cheaper. For the sake of £20 they have lost a customer for life.”
