“Excellent. Sorted quickly and easily on the phone. Cancelled one policy and changed to another bike. All sorted with no penalty.
Only slight hiccup was the direct debit for the cancelled policy still taking a payment after the policy was defunct. A letter then followed the following month saying that if I didn't take action to sort it out the (cancelled) policy would be cancelled. A phone call sorted that out. or so I thought. Just got another letter saying the same thing. Still, another pleasant phone call to make. VERY nice staff to talk to. Would recommend the service to anyone.”
