If you can afford to insure me now,why can't you afford to offer insurance cover at the same price( or less!! ) the following year?”

“Very hit and miss depending on the advisor who answers the phone. Also sent renewal paperwork from previous insurer and was told this was not a vegetable proof of no claims! Phoned to query and was told it was and to ignore that letter as it was sent in error... left hand and right hand are not coordinated!!!”
